Staff is super friendly and the tech I talked to was very knowledgeable, but communication is lacking and I feel like they gouged me fairly deep. Took the car in on a Thursday for a misfire and they said they would contact me Saturday. I called near the end of the day and was told call for an update on Monday. Called again and was told they'd give me an update by the end of the day but it never came. Called back on on Tuesday and they were working on it. Thrift shop is truly outstanding. Very good mechanics and all around a great shop thank you guys!! You guys got my window back up and it's greatly appreciated thank you so much.
I took my car here not knowing what was wrong with it and they figured it out quickly and got it fixed right away. They did a great job communicating with me what they were doing through every step of the process. They were also super friendly and helpful.
