Customer service is rude! Need to work on their people skills. About 8 guys working there and no one could be bothered to do their job, obviously to busy standing around. Maybe if they actually worked, they could service more cars! Made me feel like I was bothering them to help me instead of being helpful and wanting my business. Over priced on work that needed to be done
Complete rip off. Went in with a blown fuse and bulb while on vacation visiting family. They obviously took advantage of our situation, charging over $100 for at the most 15 minutes worth of work (to pop in a fuse and bulb). We had brought the parts in ourselves. Very unethical and dishonest practice. Our home auto shop, at most, charges $20 for this type of small work. You would get better, more honest service for this basic of a repair from an Auto Zone.
I took my 96 Chevy truck there. It had all kinds of problems. They had me back on the road that day. And was the cheapest price in town.
