This place is the absolute worst!!
The corporate is terribly run, no customer service team. When you call the corp line you cannot talk to anyone unless you know an extension, after calling numerous times and leaving multiple VMs without a return call I was able to connect with their alleged controller, Grant Finn by simply just clicking the option to talk to accounting, I had left VMs for him before since I could not reach anyone. Update: The owner of the Mt. Pleasant location that did the work on my car offered an in-store credit as a partial refund. WOW. An in-store credit for future work I would never, ever, have them do on any of my vehicles, that's mighty big of you. I wonder what Frank Vandenberg (CEO) and Stephen Wilson (President) think of all of this. I haven't heard from them, so I assume they are very busy counting up all of the money they are making.
