Have been coming here for the past three years for our oil change needs. Sad to say that the last year it was difficult to do this the business was being managed by totally incompetent individuals. We where pleasantly surprised on our most recent visit 07/18/17 new management a clean waiting area and nothing short on total professionalism. I've always been a little skeptical with auto repairs because I know nothing about cars and have felt ripped off in the past. I took my car here on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. They made sure I understood the issue and helped me prevent further issues with a recommended maintenance schedule that I could afford. Awesome work!
I've got a Toyota Sienna and after getting tires done somewhere else, that place said I needed $1200 worth of work done. Bill at Auto-Lab looked at it and said it really didn't need to be done yet. We had the work done by Auto-Lab a few months later, but for much lower than the other place quoted me - and they did it on a Saturday with no hassles. If you want an honest opinion about what your vehicle really needs, bring it here!
My transmission lines were leaking. Instead of checking GM bulletins to find out it was just the fittings, they said my lines were rusted and needed to be replaced. After paying them over $200 to replace them, my lines still leaked because they never addressed the fittings. I probably never even needed new lines.
