One star when it really should be zero! For starters I am, better yet was a returning customer. I ordered air lift full system for my 10th gen civic si back in july 26,2021 via snap finance and was told 3 weeks from the time ordered. I was very patient in waiting for my kit. In October 2021 I asked them if they had any updates. I was told “next week” , I asked that following week and was told again “next week”. Time after time I kept asking them. Good people and responsible manager but the work was not worth it. I asked them to add a air ride kit on my car, and a custom wood floor,and an extra compressor for a total of 2950 with labor. Was originally told it would take 2 days ended up taking a total of 7. The first time I went to pick up the dash had 5 lights on, and car was locked and could not drive it…was told the mechanic who worked on it did not know what was wrong so I left it there for another 3 days to get fixed by the manager. Just had my tires, rims and coilovers done on my ‘18 Camry. They did an excellent job. Highly recommended. They kept great communication while my parts were coming in and my car was ready when promised, which is always a plus. Thank you Brent and Brian I will definitely be a returning customer.
