work not performed I went to the Boston Road Store for a "oil change special" package. They "accidentally" forgot to rotate the tires which was part of the deal. I had marked two tires prior to having the car serviced, so I knew that they had not been done. I told the desk clerk the problem and he was rude and insisted they had been rotated.
Bad shop in Springfield Brought my car there for a brake job. When they finished I got in to drive my car and the interior of the car was all greasy. When I went back to complain, they were extremely rude to me. Also, one of my brakes wore out much more quickly than the others, leading me to believe that they hadn't replaced them on that wheel. I will never do business with them again.
Brake King Recently my friend visited the East Columbus store...customer service was great....she had a problem with her brakes...they were very accomodating...she got her car back quickly
