Lady was very rude on the phone
Very professional. Came the first time and diagnosed but needed parts that only the main dealer could supply. "R" ordered these but the gasket had to come from MEL. He called as soon as it arrived and got me in the next day. Once again punctual. "R" is tallented but modest. He admits when something might be challenging or have issues. That allowed me to do a fair bit of research whilst we waited for parts. We were both then confident it was feasible. It ran like a Swiss watch!.
