I've used Autoking on numerous occasions and had always been happy until my last service. I was told by the mechanic if I have questions relation to a potential new car warranty issue I needed to discuss with Hyundai, to send him a message. I did that and got no response. I then emailed into the BOOKINGS email address wanting to book in for a service and asking the price where they have refused to assist via email. No such thing as customer service anymore considering you have a specific email address for booking!
Required a clutch bleed on a complicated system in an Isuzu DMAX, "Will” the technician who preformed the work was knowledgeable and passionate about cars and loves what he does as a mechanic We will definitely use the service again
