Book a mechanic to come and do a RWC on a trailer (specified trailer during booking process) he completed the RWC only to tell me he is not authorised to sign off on it. When I called them back to arrange someone that is authorised they tell me there is nobody Seriously, what sort of rock show are you running. Thanks for wasting my time.
Worst experience, Mark spent an hour winging trying to find the engine number which was given to him in the end. Almost ripped the front bumper off doing a 3 point turn up and off the gutter through someones front yard. Never got the roadworthy certificate from tmr only a LV number that we had to demand from Auto king as the lady belittled and winged because we needed that number.
I've used Autoking on numerous occasions and had always been happy until my last service. I was told by the mechanic if I have questions relation to a potential new car warranty issue I needed to discuss with Hyundai, to send him a message. I did that and got no response. I then emailed into the BOOKINGS email address wanting to book in for a service and asking the price where they have refused to assist via email. No such thing as customer service anymore considering you have a specific email address for booking!
