Absolutely disgraceful service and a pack of liars. We had a car booked in for a roadworthy certificate today at 10am, I called at 11am and was told that the appointment was between 10-12 okay that’s fine not what I was told on the phone then rang at 1pm and the customer support rang my wife at 130 to tell her he was 30mins away.
