Got a verbal quote which included parts marked up by 400% plus labour. Then both the mechanic and head office both refused to give me anything in writing even though I'd paid for the diagnostic. Mechanic was clearly pissed off and complained about a bunch of things. Edit: The feedback response shows a complete lack of care about the poor quality service. Theres no way I'll be using any of those services offered because I want reputable businesses in future.
Terrible experience. Booked it for 3:30pm. They pushed it to 4 pm, then sent me a message saying they are an hour late and will be there at 5 pm. Cancelled it at 6:30 pm
Mechanic (Raphael) came almost 8 hours late. Finished at 10pm. He took longer to leave as he sat down and complained tirelessly about the company. Forgot to do the log book and the sticker. Called their customer service and Julie called back. The most terrible customer service I have ever encountered. Cuts me off, don’t listen, raises her voice and when I asked to stay on the line until she sends the email I needed - just hang up and didn’t send the email. Need to do my QLD safety/ roadworthy certificate for an interstate rego transfer. Overall I’m very happy with the service. It was fast, easy, affordable and stress free. Staff is very friendly and helpful!
