Needed a roadworthy done quickly but they never showed up. No call, no messages and my calls went to voicemail. Terrible service.
Had a bloke come check my car yesterday because I thought I had valve problems he took the rocker covers off saw a loose rocker said there was nothing wrong with the valves and here I am broken down with a valve that is stuck shut. Wasted $150.
The worst thing you can do is contact these people. They’ll find any excuse to charge you more — their only interest is getting more money out of you. They are not trustworthy.
They failed to show up and didn’t even let me know they had cancelled on me! I had called them half an hour prior to when they were supposed to come and the receptionist said “they are on their way” I was waiting by my car patiently for an hour and still nothing. I ended up calling them again after the hour went by and they said they don’t even know what’s going on… I have never dealt with a business this bad before it’s actually ridiculous!!!!
