They failed to show up and didn’t even let me know they had cancelled on me! I had called them half an hour prior to when they were supposed to come and the receptionist said “they are on their way” I was waiting by my car patiently for an hour and still nothing. I ended up calling them again after the hour went by and they said they don’t even know what’s going on… I have never dealt with a business this bad before it’s actually ridiculous!!!!
Shane was very thorough, and his customer service was exceptional. He was very transparent and overall all great at explaining every detail. I will definitely be using his services again.
The mechanic was on time and communicated well. He was professional and knowledgeable.
