I had a really disappointing experience here. I called at 2pm to book in for a RWC at 4pm, only to be told at 5pm that they couldn’t do it. This completely messed me around, as I had someone lined up to pick up the car at 6pm. If they had just told me at 2pm they couldn’t make it, I could have organized another mechanic. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time.
