Easy to make a booking but was not told of rust, bent tail shaft, doors rubbing, and lights number plate lights not connected and I don’t believe the mechanic actually drove the car. Costs quite a bit and I was relying on them for a good check
Car decided to have a tantrum today while driving and needed to be pulled over quickly. I called the office, they were super helpful and sent out Patrick who was there within half an hour. What an absolute star! He figured out what was wrong, explained everything, got the new part, fixed it, and I was back on the road in a few hours, all for a very fair price. SHAME. Booked in for 4pm, get out from work 3h earlier to do my roadworthy. They call me back at 5pm (1 hour late) to cancel the appointment, very unprofessional, don't give money to this place!
