Absolutely shocking service, the lady on the phone is clearly not cut out for customer service. Had a booking and they never showed up and returned my call after I’ve taken a day off work for this and could have called another mechanic. when I finally got in touch with the office the lady on the phone was not able to give me any answers and just got extremely defensive and hung up on me. Do not book this place. Complete waste of time and nasty admin.
