Guy was super nice and i appreciate the kindness, but told me my car has a blown headgasket and it simply wasnt true. Car is fine, was an electrical problem that dried out. More extensive checks would be worth the money i paid, considering i got told to either take it in for a headgasket replacement, do an engine swap, or sell my car. Bloke was very kind though.
He was an awesome mechanic and the service was amazing,
Had an appointment booked for 1pm for which I rescheduled my whole day. Got a call from the mechanic at 11.30 asking if he could be there in 20mins. I said I could be there in 35-40mins if needed. He said that's ok he'll do another job and call back later.... 12.30 got a text saying the mechanic is "unwell" so I've been rescheduled to next Tuesday.... Sounded pretty well on the phone when he wanted to come earlier. Clearly just chose to reschedule his day with no regard for my time. Very disrespectful.
I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for months. Have filled in complaint forms to no response. This is last resort please contact me with a number I can call and I will remove this review.
The mechanic was very good! But I paid 400 dollars for nothing. My problem wasn’t solved!!! Not the best service…
