Jay was awesome. He found the issue so quick and it was fixed in 10-15 mins. Even though I was embarrassed as it was something so simple, he made me feel like it was a common occurrence. Highly recommend
STAY FAR AWAY PLEASE!! if you write a negative review, they just use a generated response and dont even address your concerns, if you leave a positive review then they will engage you. i had a pre purchase mechanical inspection completed, paid $300 and it was a pathetic excuse of an inspection. this mechanic is honestly a danger and this company is as well because they will ignore you, when you are having genuine concerns for your vehicle. scammers.
Great customer service in getting a mechanic out quickly the same day of calling, korey was very perfessional and honest, pointed me in the right direction
I paid and book the inspection for a car today to be able to go tomorrow to collect the car, they moved my booking for Wednesday without advising me!!! Really unprofessional! Let’s see when and if the refund is coming back.
