Purchased a Lexus CT at around market value a fair few weeks ago, still haven't driven it. After purchased, noticed there's a colour discolouration from the rear bumper, indicating it's been replaced/repaired (meaning the car was involved in an accident). Later, after washing the car at home (at this point, the car hasn't even been driven, apart from when initially purchased to bring it home), we noticed several chips and MANY scratches on the bonnet that were polished or covered up. The car I purchased broke down after a week. The only downside is that the car is waiting to be repaired because it seems to me that none of the employees knew exactly what was wrong with it. The upside is that I am a car mechanic and when after long conversations I told them that the car needed a new power steering pump the employee told me that there was no problem they would replace it for me. Unfortunately I will have to wait because they ordered a new pump. For now I can recommend this garage for buying a car.
Bought a Seat car for my son there last summer. It looked good enough on the face of it but we have encountered a lot of expensive to fix issues since the purchase. Some of these appeared to be masked problems including a cracked alloy, coolant leak and oil leak around the timing chain cover. Basically over £3k to rectify. Fortunately the warranty has covered some but by no means all of the incurred costs. Excellent staff. Bought a lovely car from them.
turned up and communication was good before hand, however there was no parking on the street at all as too many cars were on site. Came to see a Fiat tipo, the car was extremely dirty, the black alloys where spray painted on and the Fiat sign was covered up (on photos it wasn’t) a lot of scratched and a big dint in the light. Immediately turned this away as wouldn’t want to spend my hard earned money with the amount of effort that was put in, as not even attempted to clean the car.
