Purchased a Lexus CT at around market value a fair few weeks ago, still haven't driven it. After purchased, noticed there's a colour discolouration from the rear bumper, indicating it's been replaced/repaired (meaning the car was involved in an accident). The car I purchased broke down after a week. The only downside is that the car is waiting to be repaired because it seems to me that none of the employees knew exactly what was wrong with it. The upside is that I am a car mechanic and when after long conversations I told them that the car needed a new power steering pump the employee told me that there was no problem they would replace it for me. Unfortunately I will have to wait because they ordered a new pump. For now I can recommend this garage for buying a car.
Bought a Seat car for my son there last summer. It looked good enough on the face of it but we have encountered a lot of expensive to fix issues since the purchase. Some of these appeared to be masked problems including a cracked alloy, coolant leak and oil leak around the timing chain cover. Basically over £3k to rectify. Fortunately the warranty has covered some but by no means all of the incurred costs.
