Once again I have to compliment my insurance company and for Mary most importantly. She is always on her game. Ask her anything about your policy and she will explain it to you in detail. And she has the sweetest personality of anyone I've had the pleasure of meeting. I would definitely recommend chatting with Mary for your insurance needs. 💯💯💯
Love these guys. Been here since 2015. Will never go anywhere else. Best rates, friendly service, upfront pricing*(double emphasis on the best rates). I used to meet with Travis in the office now Mary is my family.(no offense Travis) I can call anytime and my questions and concerns are dealt with on the spot even when there's people waiting and 3 on the line. I dont know how Mary keeps sane.
Mary is always friendly and helpful. She remembers everyone's name. She also does a great job answering questions and explaining when you don't understand something.
The lady who answered the phone was not nice at all. I asked her if she was always this rude. She responded. Yes. I am. I said oh well I am glad I am not doing insurance with you.
