DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS INSURANCE!!! They start your policy,claiming to be saving you money off the down payment, but theyre just setting you up for a cancelled policy and $100+ in their pocket after they cancel your policy for no reason! The reps here are very rude, they dont care whether they help you or not, as long as they can scam you out of more money because they cancelled your policy. Awful staff! Do not expect good customer service, or any assistance for that matter. I call agents and companies all day everyday to verify insurance coverage, and by far this has to be the worst service provided. I first call, and automatically get transferred to the 1/800# and wait 45 minutes to the point where I had to disconnect the call. I call the agency again, and a woman answers says please hold on and hangs up on me. I call back again, and it just keeps ringing someone picks up then hangs up! Please work on your ser... read more
