Looking for terrible pricing and unreliability? Look no further as you have found your man! Mark is incredible at ignoring your calls and never responding to messages. My favorite part is the agreement of pricing, that was supposed to go down after 3 months but actually increased in price… lack of transparency there! I tried MARK NEWENDYKE several times for the last 5 months I’ve tried to call Allstate just to switch address. No answer and no follow up
I added a 3rd car to my policy a year ago, it added around $150 a month to my Premium. I had the car removed a few days ago, an some how it only took $200 off my total 6 month premium. Allstate is not the company for its customers anymore. I've started shopping for a new company.
