I have been coming here for a few years. The team is always so efficient. This last time we had a slight issue with something breaking. The team communicated very well and took accountability. Kim was so kind and stayed in communication all the way through the process of rectifying the issue. Such a great team. I will continue to come here as long as they are open. They understand that the soft skills like communication are just as important as the service.
Service at emission test- 5 stars. However, this review is 1 star for today’s situation. I had to get my registration renewed today as I forgot it’s due at the end of August. I am up in MN currently for travel (I work remotely and travel often), and left my car in the Midwest since I didn’t want to add more miles to come down- just to go back up. So I booked a flight & got a rental so I figured I would spend a couple days back home and get this done. I left my emissions test on my dash for too long and it sunbleached the pap... read more
My new inspection location... I went on a Saturday morning around 9:30 for a motorcycle inspection... I was in and out in under 10 minutes if that... They were polite and friendly... I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.
