Very bad service waste of time talk to you for over a week then sell the truck after you get a credit pull
Had a wonderful experience with Auto Innovations. Sara was honest and up front about everything. She took time with us and answered all of our questions. They honored their word when we had an engine light pop on after we purchased the truck. Right away they had us bring it in and they replaced a part at no additional cost. I don’t even know where to start. Jeff and Sara has been a Joy to work with. I purchased a 2019 F 150 about a month ago, on the way home I started having trouble with the Transmission. They told take it to the a trusted shop and whatever is wrong with it they take care of it. And they did just that. They stood behind their word and communicated with me every step of the way! I would definitely deal with them again. Thanks again for everything!
