Owner Eddie Broome will treat you right. They know what good customer service means and their shop is nice and clean. They also offered to give me a ride back to work while the repairs were being done as well as taking it across the street to have it inspected for me to save me some time. Wow! Owner Eddie Broome is a great guy and runs his shop with a competent and friendly staff. Once you go here, you'll never go any where else for car repairs!
Notably terrible service experience My total cost of repairs were double than the estimate was. They did not consult me of the additional labor charges prior to completing my repairs. They said they assumed I knew additional labor charges would incur since they needed additional time to complete my repairs. Also, my car was not done on the day they said it would be.
