I contacted Matthew because I needed someone local to fit a power-folding door mirror on my Golf GTI. He was polite, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He booked me in quickly and had it fitted in no time—great value for money! I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work on my current and future VWs. Avoid like the plague. I called to book my van in for a long list of work in January. He couldn't accept it until March, so we agreed a date. I turned up on the date and he had forgotten I was due and not written it in his book. First warning sign... I left it anyway and from then on, it was a question of calling and checking how he was getting on. I've taken my T4 to Matt a few times, he knows his stuff, is always on schedule and labour charges are reasonable. What more can you want.
