Wish I would have read the other OPI reviews for this business before bringing my vehicle there. I choose this company due to proximity to my house and being open on Saturdays however nothing about the experience was good. Upon entry I really got the feeling that my business was not appreciated. The OPI its self took close to 3 hrs to complete. My vehicle was failed due to a bad license plate bulb and parking light (running light). Warning: Stay Away from A1 Auto Imports My friend recently had a very disappointing experience with A1 Auto Imports. Their mechanic showed interest in buying my friend’s Lexus NX and offered to inspect the vehicle. After the inspection, they came back with a completely exaggerated estimate — claiming the car needed $3,500 in parts and $3,500 in labour, totaling $7,000. **Update: I STILL have a coolant leak. I would take it back to have them warranty their work but a) they would likely say it’s not their fault and b) I don’t trust them to repair anything I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Auto Imports and will not be returning there for service in the future. I took my vehicle in Dec 2023 as I had a coolant leak. The water pump and thermostat were replaced ($2100). I work from home and rarely drive very far as I live in a smaller town outside of Edmonton.
