initially so far... being in the position i am in-for someone to back up into my vehicle- still being skeptical and KNOWING how auto shops and insurance companies operate. I work for an insurance company and my vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the accident ON 8/21. This place is awesome! Always friendly, always in a good mood and upbeat. Stephannie and staff are on point. They took care of my claim through Travelers with no issues. They submitted all the necessary photos and videos to have additional damage covered. Quick turn around and always kept me up to date on repairs. With out question, this is my go-to shop from now on. Dropped my 2013 Nissan Armada after an accident where my fender and other elements needed new parts. My fender was completely ripped off. They ordered and put on a brand new fender and painted it. You can’t even tell I was in an accident and the color was spot on with the paint on my vehicle. Sometimes I would see cars that have been in accidents and the paint on the newly attached parts look different that the total vehicle. I went to 3 different body shops that swore up and down that there was no way to not count my car as totaled my Hyundai had really bad damage but it was a brand new car and I didnt want to get rid of it. When i stumbled upon this cute little body shop off 436 these guys were able to work out an estimate where they could save my car. They gave me a target date of 08/17 and my car was cleaned, repaired, parked and ready to go when i arrived at 7:00 am on the date which I honestly wasnt expecting.
