Excellent customer service and communication, and helped negotiate on my behalf when insurance company was being stubborn. Repairs look amazing and the free detail service was a nice bonus. I definitely recommend!
Great service and customer service!!! Auto Image was very detailed with the communication of my vehicle while it was in repair every step of the way. Constant communication and support through the entire process. Working with Collin was great will definitely work with them again.
The Auto Image Collision shop did a very professional job in repairing my vehicle. The workmanship and attention to detail was very evident, and the customer service provided by Stephannie and Omar was sincerely appreciated. Would highly recommend this family-owned business.
initially so far... being in the position i am in-for someone to back up into my vehicle- still being skeptical and KNOWING how auto shops and insurance companies operate. I work for an insurance company and my vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the accident ON 8/21. No dashboard lights or alerts... now I'm in investigator mode with the ppl i know to see why now- they are saying my engine light is due to a leak. (i shouldve did a tiktok-PART II/pics COMING SOON) - on the right track - ####### HERE IS THE PART II ###... read more
This place is awesome! Always friendly, always in a good mood and upbeat. Stephannie and staff are on point. They took care of my claim through Travelers with no issues. They submitted all the necessary photos and videos to have additional damage covered. Quick turn around and always kept me up to date on repairs. With out question, this is my go-to shop from now on. Big thanks to the staff. Appreciate you all.
