I took my car in to get a leak repaired. They replaced a part that wasn't leaking for $500. It didn't at all stop or slow the leak. I brought the car back. They said they found the actual leak and wanted to charge me full price to fix it again. They told me they fired the mechanic who did the work. I didn't even ask for my money back, but asked for a discount on their second attempt to fix it. They refused and called me cheap for asking.
I am happy to find a trustworthy mechanic shop, with courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful staff. They treat you with respect and make you feel special. My car was giving problems and they did the diagnostic and found my car needed suspension and also oil change. They did an excellent job and inspected my car and make sure the car is working well. First, I’m going to start off by saying that they are courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly transparent with everything. I went in to get an alignment done and new (to me tires) installed. The price was fair and they did not try and upsell me to anything. I left the shop happy. Once I got home, I realized that one of the front tires was not installed properly and leaked air.
