Returning home July 4 with my daughter, the alternator died. Hugo answered his phone (on a holiday). We discussed the issue and he agreed to the repair. He arrived before his commitment, executed the repair in an extremely pleasant and professional manner and in the heat of the day. Could not be more pleased to be back on the road in no time. I unknowingly purchased a lemon of a car. After it overheated 10 minutes later I took it to the closest garage I could find. Hugo was understanding and did a complete inspection for me to identify the issue as well as find other problems with the car. He talked me through merits of keeping vs returning. THANK YOU!!!
