Called Hugo, first of all he answered his phone! a +, I requested new plugs, wires , distributor cap and rotor. he took my vehicle info and replied quickly with a very reasonable quote. We scheduled for the following morning and he was on time and knocked it out in an hour. Called him again for more work, he knocked out my other truck!

He acknowledges the calls and text, BUT DOESN'T FOLLOW THROUGH! I don't get it.

Better than taking it to a shop, AND CHEAPER!!!! Good Job Hugo!!
This is literally the prime example of a mechanic Who lies to customers in order to fulfill his agenda The proof is in the pudding. I have seen it firsthand, and he has a history of talking people out of vehicles and selling them his own.
Hugo was awesome. He showed up on time, checked everything thoroughly, and explained the issues in a way that was easy to understand. He found some serious problems the dealer didn’t mention — definitely saved me from making a bad purchase. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend if you’re buying a used car and want peace of mind.
