Well, I did it! After purchasing my 2013 Mazda 3 from Auto House Mazda, I knew I would eventually buy another Mazda, and knew I would buy it from them. I took my Mazda CX30 in for a recall service today! I was greeted by Lisa immediately and the paperwork was processed quickly and with a smile! While I was waiting for the work to be done, I approached Lisa with questions regarding Apple car play etc. She said she would come sit with me in my car so I could see hands on the answers to my questions! She was amazing and very patient. Lisa is definitely a major asset to Mazda! Thanks Lisa for your time! Also, my car was washed before I took it home! Definitely 5 star treatment!
