I bought a car few months ago through akshay. the car is running smoothly . akshay gave me a nice deal. he has a knowledge of cars, he always answer my questions in a very professional way. i must say , it,s a highly recommended place .
Saw a car through car gurus at auto house. Got their and the car was hail damaged badly but nothing on the ad said hail. What a waste of time
I had an appointment at 11 (when the dealership opens), and I drove by at 11 and then ten minutes later as well and it was closed both times. I tried to call and no one answered… super sketchy looking place and practices.
With all the negative comments I saw here I was skeptical at first going to Auto House but with the great prices they offer I decided to go checkout a Lexus. On getting their Mustafa convinced me to get a Mercedes which was actually what I wanted but was afraid of a preowned one. EDIT: Vehicle transmission needed to be replaced just a year after purchase. - AC and heating issues - Bogus fees attached to even taking the vehicle to an independent mechanic - In-house mechanics make ALL KINDS of claims in their inspection reports. That's why they try to charge you to take the vehicle to your mechanic - The sales guy seemed nice, but then they needed to make a sale Buy vehicles from House of Cars at your own risk!
