I took my car to auto for a wheel alignment. After having my car in their garage for 30 minutes the owner, also mechanic came out and told me I needed to have a part checked out that doesn't allow for alignment to be completed satisfactorily, i didn't know exactly what he was talking about so I took it to my mechanic. Fixed My Son's 4-Runner – My son's 4-Runner was not running well--shaking badly when idled or driving over 50 MPH. It felt like it would break down any second. We took it to a dealership and they did not fix it. We took it to Auto Ho and the 4-Runner is so smooth now and the "check engine" light finally went off. We have gone to Auto Ho in the past but we live in Katy and it is a bit far. But from now on, we will make the drive. The owner and his wife are awesome.
Truthfully Decietful – Yes the owner is very honest and realiable....although that may be decieving. He will tell you what it cost to fix the part....He will fix the problem ASAP. He will do his best. ... BUT He will most definetly hesitate to aid you with other availible solutions options.He will honestly NOT tell you that a part will cost 5% of what he will charge you. Reliable & Honest for all your car needs! – I have been coming here since 1998 when another shop messed up my oil pan. I was referred here by a dear friend that said Mr. Sing was truthful & honest! So i had to see if it was true! Every car we have purchased has been brought here for service & we have NO regrets! My Experience – Been having my vehicles services by the owner before he opened this location. Always gets it right the first time. I have never trusted any mechanic before meeting this one! You can rest assured that this establishment gets it rig I allow no one to open the hood of vehicle unless its Auto Ho!
Auto Ho, for when your manual ho fails. – I've actually never been here, I just couldn't resist making that joke.
Warning: Do NOT go to this place – This is the worst auto repair I have been to. They worked on my brake and three days later the brake failed. I was driving on I-45N and stepped on the brake, guess what, nothing happened, the car kept going. Luckily there were not many cars and I pulled over and used the hand brake. It was towed then to Brake Check and they fixed the problems. Do not go to this place unless you want to crash and die.
