This guy told me I needed a whole new brake assembly last time I went here. I declined services and took my car to the dealership. Had my throttle body replaced, the interior panels refinished, radio replaced - they never mentioned my brakes once.
Rey has been my mechanic (and the mechanic for all of my family members) for well over a decade now. As a woman who really knows nothing about cars, I know to be cautious around mechanics in general, because it's pretty easy to take advantage of me. That isn't a worry at all with Rey. Excellent service and always transparent (and fair price). Doesn’t push anything that isn’t needed, which in the mechanic world is rare. Took very good care of my Hyundai and my wife’s Volvo. Would highly recommend checking out Autohelpers first before any other shop. Rey is very helpful and offers great mechanic advice.
What an amazing place, I had a problem with our Vehicle. That nobody could fix or didn’t want to fix, im unsure at this point. But when I called Auto Helpers explain to them what was going on over the phone. They reassured me that they would find the problem and wouldn’t stop until they did. Not only did they find the problem they fixed it. Given me a good better best solution. No work was done until I approved the cost!! Thank you guys for your great workmanship and honesty.
