Took the Forester in for it's 60,000 mile birthday diagnostics and was very pleased with the results. I've always amazed at Auto Headquarter's professionalism and deep knowledge of whatever make and model they are presented with. If you need consistent high quality service at very reasonable prices I can not recommend anyone other that Auto Headquarter in Mountain View. I have been taking our vehicles to them for the last 3 years and am very happy with Kevin and Vincent. Thank you, gentlemen.
I've never felt more scammed in my life. Took my Subaru in for what I thought might be an engine issue, the mechanic then proceeded to tell me I had an oil pan leak, rod knock, needed a new fuel pump, new upper upper control arms, he even said that I would be better off replacing/selling the car! Also the mechanic accused me of using bad gas from filling up at Costco, contrary to that statement, Costco sells Top Tier gas, which is what I use and have used for 5+ years with no issue. Kevin is thorough, makes sure to explain what he’ll be doing before starting any service or repairs, and keeps you informed if anything unexpected comes up. I trust that my car is well taken care of with him, and that his pricing is fair. Absolutely recommended!
