We came in here late Thursday night because we were looking for a cargo van for our business. We never imagined we were going to be assisted by Sam (owner). He took really good care of us and even let us test drive it even though it was way pass the business hours. Later he sat down with us and gave us finance opinions. We came in the next day to close the deal. Best treatment ever! No selling pressure, everything well explained before signing any paperwork and specially he made us feel comfortable.
They have been nothing but great people and great interactions, clear communication between the dealership and individual and we're extremely helpful with any questions that I had. Highly recommend them especially for your first vehicle like me. Made the first vehicle purchase experience extremely smooth and will be coming back from my next vehicle.
Purchased a car with the help of Oscar. He was extremely courteous and provided a good deal for the car. Highly recommend this place for first time buyers. 10/10.
They had the worst customer service I’ve seen at a dealership. No one greeted us when we walked in plus their listing was messed up and said the car was a manual when it wasn’t. I wasted my whole morning driving over there to see a car that wasn’t as advertised and the sales guy didn’t care. Instead he just wanted to make excuses. I’ll never go back to this dealer.
Oscar took care of us and I highly recommend buying a car from him. We bought a 2020 Mazda CX-5 and it was perfect. It was better than the pictures and had a clean car fax which Oscar showed us and gave us copies of before we signed. He also went out of his way to fix a couple very small things on the car before we left. The overall experience was really smooth and enjoyable. Oscar really puts his customers first and I appreciate that when car shopping.
