Bought a car for my son here recently. The experience was fast and easy. Sam was great to work with. 4 weeks into driving it the engine had a major issue. My mechanic assumed it just happened as they had looked at it for me a couple weeks prior and had not noticed anything themselves. Sam and Auto Haus jumped into action and had the car towed back to their shop where they completely rebuilt the motor free of charge! Thanks Sam and team!
Well I purchased a 2008 Lexus Rx400h 139,000 miles. The price $7990+ttl+$1500 reconditioning fee. I was promised before buying the car that it was in tip top shape and highway ready. Here it is 1 month and $2300 in repairs later I still don't feel safe letting my daughter drive this thing. All the fluids in the car was contaminated from not being changed in years, the spark plugs were shot, the front cv axles were very bad and the front struts are very bad.
