I met Zach at a gas station. He was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my situation. My car had MASSIVE hail damage, dents everywhere. They waived my deductible, paid for my rental car, and ubered me from the shop to the car rental place. It took 6 business days, but they worked with my insurance and took excellent care of my car. It looks fantastic and I’m extremely happy with the whole process and outcome.
