The first time I called I was hung up on without a word spoken, after I called back a lady answered and it sounded like she just woke up. I inquired about a hail estimate and she quoted me $500-$1000 just for the estimate. After I checked the website which said that estimates for hail are free of charge. I called back and told her about it and she said no they’re $500 - 1000 so I asked some talk to someone else she replied. She’s the only one there. Terrible customer service lost a customer.
