Ugh. I'd like to give no star. They received thousands of dollars from insurance and spent like an hour working on my car. They promise "$500" cash back, free iPad mini, paid rental car, paid deductible. All crap. Michael made the mistake of telling me he makes in excess of $60k/month. Not the business.....him. The company brings in$120k/month. He told me insurance pays "crazy stupid money" for PDR. Yuck! Makes me so angry.

I think Michael Queen is a scam artist his wife Danielle hit my truck with his company truck she got a ticket gave wrong insurance information but now he wants pay for damages any body looking for Michael Queen or Danielle Vaughn they are in Houston&Tomball Texas I'm in the process of going to local authorities
I too do not want to give out a star at all. I took my car to Auto Hail Repair Guys after meeting Danielle at the Big Kahuna car wash in Aurora, CO, and talking to Michael on the phone. Things were great at first. They had great communication, filled me in on what was going on with my car. But then, they disappeared.
