Great company to use for hail repair!! They handled all my insurance stuff and kept me updated on every step on my Jeep. I just got my Jeep back yesterday and it looks brand new with no more hail damage. I can’t thank Matt and his team enough for all the work they put in to make my car look pristine again! Auto Hail HQ did an excellent job making a door dent on my wife’s Acura TL literally disappear like magic. Matt was always quick to return texts & calls. Patrick explained the process of what he was going to do the week before the work was done. His explanation was thorough & when I left I was educated & aware that the dent PROBABLYwould not show, but because of its length it was possible that a little might be visible afterwards. Matt is so AMAZING!! I scratched my truck driving out of my garage, I stopped in without an appointment, and Matt helped me! He had one of his detail guys, buff my bumper and now it looks so much better. I am thankful for Matt because he took care of me & didn’t charge me anything. Matt and his partner Pat took care of two of my vehicles - PDR, paint touch up, and detail. They quoted me up front, stuck to the price even though they found some additional dents, and did a great job. Communication was great and they completed the work on their quoted timeline.
