This is my second time purchasing a car from autogroup northwest, Brandon is a pleasure to work with. He takes his time to explain everything about the car and as much history as he can give about the vehicle. My first car I bought from Brandon was a Nissan Pathfinder that has lasted me over 4 years with 0 issues. I drove 3.5h to see a car during his posted business hours and no one was there. He told me via text that someone else had an appt to see that car and he wouldn't come meet me so I could even see it. Nowhere on the ad did it say I needed to make an appt. In addition, the reason he had 2 prospective buyers on the same day was because he dropped the price the night before. By the time I got there he had raised it back up to the original price. A complete waste of a day for me but I'm glad I didn't end up giving him any money.
