Worst possible service. Vehicle finally arrived after 23 days. Which I had to pickup from Chandler. Still waiting for refund for the delivery. Reply to the Autogreen - I have the right to review for the service you provided, that is what I am doing. I have not stated anything wrong. You can prove me wrong if you want to with dates. Got to thank the guys from Auto green for their great work in getting my car from Melbourne to brisbane. Delivery was fast and at a great price. When picking my car up the gentlemen greeted us kindly and even had a good chat highly recommend going through Auto green will be using them in the future and passing onto friends and family thanks again appreciate it alot 👌
From the initial booking, the driver and the staff on arrival the whole process was excellent. There was an unavoidable mechanical issue just prior to pickup but the driver liaised with me regularly keeping me fully informed of the situation which meant I was able to also keep other family members updated. Reliable, honest, honourable, and incredibly prompt. I was able to get my vehicle shipped from Melbourne to Brisbane in less than a week. Best customer service is provided by Stef and Saphire. Absolutely, I suggest them.
We transported 2x cars, Melbourne to Gold Coast and the team were amazing! Seamless from beginning to end, efficient, friendly service and extremely responsive to any emails or calls (thanks Stef!). Highly recommended using them 👍🏻
