Auto Glen - body shop have a team of skilled professionals who are extremely knowledgeable at fixing and painting cars. Ryan is the shop manager that oversees the detailed repairs needed. Chris, the management adjuster, writes up estimates for the damaged vehicles that come in for repairs and Lori is the office manager that makes sure everything is running smoothly and takes control of the inventory that comes in daily. Curtis is a talented repair technician that’s always on it. Together they work as a team.
Geico recommended this place to get my front bumper fixed. I attached photos on Yelp and Google so future customers can see their work before deciding leaving their car there. They didn't inspect their work before returning the car to me. The day I went to pick it up my car, I dropped off the rental back to Enterprise then I went to the shop. I showed the "backyard" work they did on my bumper before leaving the shop and I spoked to Chris right away. He left me talking with his employee. I thought that was very unprofessional... read more
