Worst ever. Was recommended to Gerber Collision and Glass by a collision repair customer. When I had a complaint the GM at Gerber said “that’s not us, we sub contract that out”. It may not be a Gerber problem but it became one when they put their name and phone number on it. There was a long series of no call from a tech when promised, at least four times. I made an appointment for 8:30am to have my windshield repaired. I arrived 5 minutes late and everyone was gone for the day. The explanation I got was - sorry, we're really busy. Apparently too busy to handle customer service.
