This company was sent by my normal windshield repair guy to replace a front windshield. During replacement of new the windshield, the installer scratched the new windshield in 3 separate locations. To be fair, he did point out the scratches to me and admitted to scratching the glass during installation. After voicing my refusal to accept the damaged windshield, things took a turn for the worse. This business was very pleasant to work with.. I received mobile service. Jose was on time but there was a mixup with the window, and it required a trip back to wherever he needed to get the correct one. He didn't get upset about having to make an extra trip to retrieve the correct rear window, and even though it wasn't our fault, I appreciate he went out of his way.
