Had a freak accident which required the replacement of a window and a windshield. I was told it might be about a week, which didn't seem too bad. That same evening I got a text about an appointment in two days. Turns out that they proactively look to solve people's problems. The technician who performed the work was nice, engaging and really good at what he did. Everything was done in maybe an hour or so, and the vehicle was ready to drive then and there. I called 5 different places. Two of those places left me on hold for too long. Two other' quotes were ridiculously high. Paul answered right away, and said he could have my back window the next morning. He texted me at 7am the next day, to let me know the glass was there, and they installed it in only 30min. I would 100% recommend them for any of your auto glass needs. Best price, great job, and above and beyond customer service. Service like that is hard to find nowadays.
