amazing service! i went and got my windshield replaced at safelite in miami then the next morning i woke up to a crack down the middle of my windshield (nothing hit it and i wasn’t parked underneath anything). auto glass sf not only got me an appointment quickly, but they came to my house and even started an hour earlier than my appointment time. didn’t take long at all for them to replace the glass maybe a little less than 40 minutes. 10/10 experience.
My windshield was destroyed by a softball on a Wednesday evening at approximately 8 PM. I called the phone number expecting to leave a voicemail and to my surprise a very friendly woman answered the phone. She understood my concern took down my VIN number and told me she would follow up the next day with an appointment once they found out how long it would take to order the windshield.
