My windshield was destroyed by a softball on a Wednesday evening at approximately 8 PM. I called the phone number expecting to leave a voicemail and to my surprise a very friendly woman answered the phone. She understood my concern took down my VIN number and told me she would follow up the next day with an appointment once they found out how long it would take to order the windshield. We came down the keys with a fifth wheel in a Ford F350 Duelly. And just like the commercial, bam a rock hits the passenger side and did a huge spiral. I called Safelite and through a few different mistakes, they finally got me to these amazing people. They not only got the part a lot quicker than Safelite could, but he came right out to the Campgrounds, in Long Key, and put the window on. Great job, really fast, and exactly on time. We did NOT request OEM due to the cost difference from our insurance company.
