RecommendedJust want to take time to appreciate the owner of the company! It was 105 out; my window regulator went out & I wasn’t able to roll my window up (allowing all the cool air to exit the vehicle). Even worse, I have no back ac vents. I had doctors appts to get to and no baby sitter at the moment. My poor little baby was fussy and breaking out in a sweat due to the heat. Outstanding job!! This company went above and beyond my expectations. I called around to nationally advertised companies thinking they would be able to out perfirm this local company and was pleasantly surprised to realize that Auto Glass Solutions had the fastest service and beat pricing. We have used Rene twice; once for a complete replacement, once for a repair. He and his staff have gone above and beyond each time! They are fast, efficient and honest. I highly recommend them for your auto glass needs. We would definitely use them again should the need arise.
Terrible customer service! Should have known it was going to be bad since Rene took all my vehicle info from behind a wall. He then gave me the price and said he had the window in stock and it would take around 45 minutes to complete. Then his technician came and told me they had cleaned up all the glass but did not have the glass to replace it. Long story short, when I went to get my keys they said I owed them $45 for cleaning up the glass. I would have never had them even pull the truck into the garage if I had known they ... read more
