My car was broken into and I was referred to Safelite by my insurance, but Safelite ordered the wrong glass and then suggested I paid the deductible twice to cover two separate installations. Took my vehicle to get sliding glass replaced and asked them to save the center slider for me since it was not broken. I asked them to be careful removing old glass in case I needed the slider in the future and if they could not handle the job I did not want to proceed. I called to check on it later and they told me they could not guarantee it could be saved. I told them I would pick the vehicle up then and they told me they already had started the job. I went to this location referred by my mechanic, well I was greeted by the worst attitude from the girl at the desk Monica, she was arguementative, and cold. This bisnes deserves no stars, I contacted this people for a windshield replacement and they installed a damaged one on my SUV, I called them about my complain. Took my vehicle to their shop and they said there is nothing we can do but offer a 25$ gift certificate for a restaurant .maybe they taught that I was hungry. I don't know how this people are in bisnes, so if you want a quality product and service go somewhere else. But if you want a 25$ gift certificate this are your guys.

If I rant and rave about how bad this company is most people will think I am just a dissatisfied customer. Instead let me tell you the owner and CEO is in a federal prison for insurance fraud. What does that tell you? Call the BBB for more info.

FAST QUALITY SERVICE – THIS SHOP WAS PEOPLE FRIENDLY. I WAITED ABOUT AN HOUR AND MY CAR GLASS WAS REPLACED & I WAS ON THE ROAD AGAIN. GREAT PRICE.
