I just want to say Chris was awesome! He went out of his way to find and install my new windshield on a Saturday. Chris was very friendly over the phone and showed up right when he said he would. Excellent price too. I called a well known competitor and would have paid almost $100 more! I would recommend Auto Glass Service to anyone looking for glass repair or replacement.
Monday - I called AGS and spoke to Cindy, arranging a Tuesday morning appointment. She was very friendly and courteous, despite being sick. Tuesday - Chris arrived and made quick work of the replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement had a manufacturing defect (laminate distortion) and a transportation defect (rub/scratch). He apologized and said he would come back the next day, as the fresh sealant had to cure before removal. Wednesday - Chris arrived and performed the replacement in 40-minutes. I had a pleasent experience with the folks from auto glass service. they were the only company willing to come out to my work and fix my windshield. the service lady was very helpful and made me feel at ease. iam happy with my choice of company and my new glass.
