I would give zero stars if I could. I had a morning appointment scheduled for a window between 8am and 12pm. I was told I would receive a call before they would arrive. No call so I call at 11:40 they said they don't give times when the repairman would arrive...they said they would call the dispatcher and tell them to call me. The repair man calls and says he could get here between 3 and 5pm. He then calls at 4:50 saying he is an hour away and probably won't make it. This company is a joke and a waste of time.
