Replaced truck back window ($1,000 overpriced), had leaks which ruined roof, soaked interior, and soaked $3000 of tools, and when we told Luis 5 months later he says his warranty on the seal is only good for 2-3 weeks and I shouldn't expect the seal to last that long. Literally wasted every dollar I have to replace it again.
Basically took my money, replaced a broken window, only to have it leak terribly and Luis told me that it is not covered under warranty within 6 months, and I will need a full new replacement
I have a busy business. I made an appointment with this company to replace my windshield and closed my business for the day in anticipation of them needing a full day to repair my windshield. He failed to come on the first day, saying he couldn't fit me in. He said I would be his first customer the next morning. He didn't come until mid morning - closing my business for another day.
